Visions for Vacancies on Martha's Vineyard: Bramhall & Dunn

A weekly look at one vacant storefront, building or structure in the community.

When it's doors after nearly 30 years as a Main Street standby in Vineyard Haven, many of us were saddened - and then we rushed off to see what we could get from the sale.

At the time, the tenant's replacement was unknown - and five months later, they remain unknown (although rumors abound, we know). So we want to hear from you, what would you love to see move into this space? Would you want another high-end clothing store or something completely different?

This is an exercise in the Island's imagination so don't worry about zoning. How about a gourmet grocery store? How about a kid's toy store, or even a new branch of Aboveground Records?
