Kids’ Trout Derby

The Martha's Vineyard Rod & Gun Club is hosting a on Saturday, May 7, from 6 a.m. to 9 a.m. at Duarte's Pond in West Tisbury. Kids 14 and under can join in on the fun, which includes refreshments and prizes.

2nd Annual Garden Tea Party and Fashion Show   

Featherstone Center for the Arts will hold its and Fashion Show on Saturday, May 7, at 2 p.m. The event will feature a spring tea, fashion, music, art and fun!

Price: $25 

 

“His and Hers”  

The Martha's Vineyard Film Society is featuringon Saturday, May 7, at 7:30 p.m. at the Katharine Cornell Theatre. This award-winning film speaks to us from the moors of Ireland and features vignettes from the lives of the women who live out their lives, loves, hopes and dreams there.

Price: $8, $5 for members

 

“The Music of America”  

The Martha's Vineyard Regional High School Minnesingers will present their spring show, "," on Saturday, May 7, at 8 p.m. and Sunday, May 8, at 3 p.m.

Price: $10, $5 for students

 

Martha’s Vineyard Landscapes by Susan Johnson   

The Chilmark Free Public Library will of Susan Johnson on Sunday, May 8, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Johnson's drawings and Impressionist paintings of Island landscapes include familiar sites, such as Tashmoo and Beetlebung Corner.
