Flamingo Flock Spotted at Oak Bluffs Roundabout

What was that all about? Our video catches a glimpse of the pink flamingo flock that appeared, then disappeared Sunday morning at the roundabout connecting Barnes Road with the Edgartown-Vineyard Haven Road.

A pink-flamingo flash mob appeared in the center of the Oak Bluffs roundabout Sunday morning, to the surprise of motorists passing in the rain.

A few hours later, the plastic flock was gone, leaving no trace of the early-morning migration.

Could the birds, usually seen in ones and twos on lawns, have reassembled somewhere else on the Island?
