The Youth Task Force 5th Annual Middle School Parent Chat 'n Chowder Dinner

The Youth Task Force invites parents of 7th and 8th grade students to an evening of delicious food prepared by the MVRHS Culinary Arts program with discussion and resources to support you as your children transition through middle school and the high school. 

• Parents are each other’s greatest resource –get to know parents from other towns 

• Support your kids as they go from top dog to little fish 

• Attack the myths of the Island –talk about the truths

• Talk to parents of high school students 

• Share and learn strategies and resources for being a strong support to your teen
