Barn Owl Babies are a Hit on Island and Internet

Have you seen the Felix Neck Owl Cam? People all over the internet are watching four young barn owls at the Mass Audubon wildlife sanctuary in Edgartown. Scroll down to see the Island owlets in their nest box.

Four young barn owls at Mass Audubon's Felix Neck Wildlife Sanctuary in Edgartown have a legion of fans: The Felix Neck Owl Cam, which watches the owlets in their nest box, has had more than 10,000 views on UStream.

Barn owls are also a hit with second-graders from Oak Bluffs School, who recently visited theTrustees of ReservationsLong Point reservation to learn about the birds and create their own barn owls with paper and markers.

Barn owls commonly have two clutches of offspring each year, according to the Owl Cam.
