Seeking Year Round Rental

Hello out there! My wife and I are new residents on the Vineyard, and, like many of you, are just trying to get a good groove going here. We want to enjoy the beaches, savor the sunsets, work our butts off, and enjoy the nice glass of wine or beer and home cooked meal at the end of the day. Simple folk simple pleasures:) Of course all of this becomes exponentially more obtainable when you have a steady year round home to call you own and, since just buying a home here is a bit out of the question for us right now we'd like to rent one.
