Martha's Vineyard African American Film Festival

The 11th annual Run & Shoot Filmworks Martha's Vineyard African American Film Festival (MVAAFF) takes place August 6 – August 10, 2013.  The festival is held on Martha’s Vineyard and provides a nurturing and competitive environment allowing emerging and established filmmakers to test their creativity.

“Martha’s Vineyard is an ideal location for the festival because of location and atmosphere.  Lifestyle on the island is relaxing and celebrities, filmmakers and financiers can enjoy themselves without the hassle of the Hollywood scene,” states Floyd Rance. "The film festival is a perfect launchpad for films and production teams to network and screen their films for the first time."
