You know the old saying "Fall back, spring forward?" Tonight's the night we take that leap ahead into Daylight Saving Time.

Most cell phones and internet devices, of course, will be making the switch on their own at 2 a.m. Sunday.

But other timepieces, including the dashboard clocks in cars, will need to be set manually.

So don't forget to move those clocks ahead one hour before going to bed tonight, or risk confusion when Sunday rolls around.

And while we might mourn that hour we lose overnight, we can look forward to enjoying more sunlight as the days grow longer.
