Ticket Prices Announced for Boston-Vineyard Fast Ferry Service

Starting May 24, you can ride a bus from Boston to the Seastreak landing in New Bedford and then take the fast ferry to Martha's Vineyard.

It's been years since the Seastreak fast ferry service departed from Boston, but soon passengers will once again be able to buy a ticket in the Hub for a trip to Martha's Vineyard aboard the high-speed catamaran.

Updated ticket information: Round-trip fares are $68 for adults and $40 for children 2-12. One-way fares are $38 for adults, $22 for children.

The new service is good news for Vineyard travelers, as long as they don't expect to actually board the boat in Boston.
