Oak Bluffs Board of Health inspector Ron Tobin visited two commercial kitchens April 1 and an ice cream café March 20, filing reports that are available on the town website and with this article.

At Skinny's Fat Sandwiches, Tobin found that the ceiling over the prep area needed to be replaced, according to his report, which notes that the landlord agreed to make the repair.

Steven Buckley Catering got an "All OK" after Tobin's inspection.

At Ben and Bill's, Tobin found some outdated syrup left over from last season. He showed the past-date product to owner Donna Kruszewski, who said she would remove it and reorder new syrup before opening her Circuit Avenue sweet shop, according to his report.
